Remodel a Bathroom

This is our third time using West Shore, so we are obviously very pleased with them. Thomas D, Shaun B. and Dane H. are the team to beat. Came on time, prepared the bathroom and got to work. Very hard working and professional. The bathroom looks better than we anticipated. Cleanup was done by the team and it was spotless. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend all involved.

We are so happy with our finished project. From our salesman Dan, to the electricians, and the installers, Grant and Jude, they were all professional and respectful. They answered our many questions, helped with last minute changes, and produced a beautiful finished product! They arrived each day on time and even played with our dog as he watched them work! Beware of the shower doors. they will sell you a door ,install it and say it will take about a week to be totally clean. Well Im on my third door and they still haven't made it right. Also they are in no hurry to replace . I have had this issue since March 2024

Semir, Cameron and Sam were very profesional and great with communication during the install. Nate was an amazing design consultant as well. We werenâ t sure exactly what wanted but these folks made the process easy and helped us envision exactly what we were getting. The install process was smooth and the crew was very good at explaining everything and letting us know how it was going , every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company if you arenâ t sure what options might work best for your home.

Their Profesionalism was beyond compare. They went above and beyond with keeping us informed, answering questions and providing guidance and advice during our shower install. Dane H. Peter P and Damien C did a superb job and treated my install with the detail and care as if they were installing in their own home. Can't say enough about how great these guy were!. Remodel a Bathroom

Greg P. and Alex M. worked great together and did an excellent job installing our handicap shower. They were very friendly and professional. They replaced our existing shower. It looks beautiful. They got it all done in a day and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would recommend West Shore Home to anyone looking for a new bathtub or shower. The quality of the product that was installed is excellent.

We're committed to maintaining a network of trusted home service businesses, and those who don't meet our criteria will be rejected or promptly removed from our network.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
