Called Westside Mechanical, immediately they were willing to help and have someone trouble shoot my electrical problem same day. I was told a technician would be at my home between 11-1 pm today. Technician arrived at 10:58, had issue resolved in no time at all. I’m a happy customer and will continue to use them in the future. Very pleased.

good service technician did a good quick job. The tech was professional, on time, did good work. Aaron explained about the surge protector and the importance of having one installed. He called before he arrived and informed me of his arrival time. I would recommend your services to other people. I first heard about your company on kism radio.

We were given a quote by another company and and upon accepting the proposal there was suddenly an additional 550.00 in "required extras". We ended up reaching out to West and they not only came in right at the dollar amount quoted but installed everything earlier than expected.

Everything was fine, but cost was high. This may be to rising costs, but it seems double the labor cost from a similar job fro. A few years ago.
