The gentleman who came was very professional, very helpful. The experience could not have been better but it was very expensive---$700 to change a kitchen faucet that I bought. I may not understand the going prices for plumbing but I wish I had gotten at least another quote.

their prices are insane! new hot/cold water valves under kitchen sink were $215 each--afraid leaks would continue so had job done. Also wanted to replace kitchen sink faucet, but quoted $459 with me buying faucet, Pull out sprayer was wearing out and faucet dripped slightly so told him no. Next day got local plumber who put in faucet I bought for $175 & told me valve replacement would be $75 each. For total job(2 valves & 1 faucet ) Weltman wanted $889. Next day local plumber wanted $325. Plumber was courteous and efficient, but 2 valves took him 20 minutes which @ $430 means they charge $1290 per hour. Next day faucet change took 30 minutes which means Weltman gets $918 per hour( I understand to/from site time needs to be included, but...) to change a faucet and with my purchase of a faucet total cost would have been $600. Next day it was $300 or 50%. Is their overhead costs are so high?

Extremely professional, knowledgable and honest. Kyle showed up 15 minutes before the time expected and didn't waste my time with trying to sell me. He addressed the topics at hand, wrote me an estimate and then after I approved he said he would take care of all the issues now and not have to come back!! Clean, neat and proficient!! The only one you need to call period. The office and answering service were just as professional. Great experience all around!
