After having many timing issues with another contractor, the guys at Waterfront Property Management were a HUGE relief. Gregg Contacted me right away, met with me at my earliest convenience to quote, and began working within 1 day of meeting in person. They texted me updates daily, finished quickly, and stayed right at the price I was quoted, even with doing a bit extra. Again, I can't emphasize how much more professional, organized, and timely these guys were compared to the ones we dealt with. I will definitely call Waterfront Management first from now on!
