They did an amazing job - Kurt was on it from the start - great communication and checked in everyday to make sure all was to satisfaction -- work crew was on time every day and very professional and cleaned up everything beautifully when they were finished - will recommend them to others and use them again -

So pleased with the turf that Kurt and his team did for my front and backyard. Not only were they competitively priced they offered a quality product and I couldn’t believe how quickly the project was completed. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend.

We hired Waterfalls, Etcetera to clean or pond. Kurt was so nice and did a great job. He went above and beyond to help us and give advice as to what was needed to keep our koi pond in good working order. The next day he actually contacted us to make sure all was well. I told him my husband had fallen and the waterfall had not been turned on as yet. He came over and helped us get it working again. That is rare these days for such great customer service. We will be keeping him in our contacts for more work in the future.

First time using this company. Pond cleaning was at a $300 fee. The pond looked good, however, the water never became clear, at all as with prior cleanings. The algae returned within the 1 1/2 weeks. That was unusual as well.

Good quality work, well priced, on schedule and good communication. Will hire him again for other jobs.

I hired this company because they had a good reputation, but mostly because their price was the lowest. However, their finished work was fantastic and I could not be more pleased. Even after they ran into difficulties and the job took longer they stuck to their original quote. I highly recommend Waterfalls Etcetera!

It took a try or two to get it right, but each time he was on it, apologetic and fixed it. I would use them again.

Exceptional! Installed new pool/jacuzzi and yard landscaping. Kurt was wonderful to work with from design to completion. Cost was competitive and work and time to complete excellent. Would work with Kurt and company again and would highly recommend. Thank you

I have a small 3 tiered pond that started leaking and wouldnâ t hold water. Was looking for someone to fix it and Kurt called, came over, looked my pond over, then showed me what happened and how to fix it in the future. N/C.
