RainSoft was quick to send someone out to look at our Water Softener system that we were not sure was fully operational in a house we bought. The service person was on-time, very professional and knowledgeable. He looked at our system, tested the water, and confirmed that the system would be safe to use after some initial steps. He told us what we would need to do on our end over the first days and what to do thereafter to maintain the system. We were very happy he could tell us what we needed to know about our system. We would hire this company again.

Cramer Gormley, the Installer,couldn’t have been more Professional!! He was here on time,friendly,Informative,and was much faster than I had expected!! Dale came into our home to test our water. He provided a demonstration with great education along the way to help us understand what he was looking for and how RainSoft could help. We have city water and were shocked to learn that our existing single-unit RO system in the kitchen, which we have used for years, was not cleaning our water the way we were told it was. I often thought about the internal impacts of chlorinated water but did not recognize the negative effects that happen to our bodies on the outside as well when our water is not clean and yet full of chemicals. Dale was so thoughtful and knowledgeable. We were very thankful for the insight and the level of options offered to meet us wherever we were financially. We would highly recommend an evaluation to anyone who does not know with confidence what is in their water.
