    I had a difficult time finding someone to look at my water treatment system when it needed repair/replacement. I didn't know what was wrong with it, and I called numerous companies and was told by many that they only service systems that they sell. When I got in touch with Water Treatment Solutions, I was pleased that they scheduled an appointment right away, arrived on time, and replaced the worn parts quickly and reasonably priced. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and put me on their list for annual checkup. Extremely happy with every aspect of this experience.

    Jim is a sweetheart, very understanding and sympathetic to a difficult situation. My water is extremely hard and very high in iron - it makes an absolute mess of everything. Jim was compassionate and a no nonsense sales person. I look forward to a long working relationship with him and his team. PS. He has to have been the only rep to walk thru my doors asking if he should remove his shoes. Gotta love him.

    Staff was extremely prompt getting in touch with me. Were on time as scheduled. Price was a bit more than I expected, but gentleman who installed the filter was very nice, neat and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.
