My washer was fixed the next day as soon as the part came in. My dryer was fixed the same day. The repair man was on time efficient and super nice and he called ahead to let you know when he would arrive. Prices were reasonable I will definitely be calling him again for any other repairs I may need in the future

They were nice, they were on time they were professional. The work they did did not fully solve the problem, so they came back. My only concern was that the whole thing seemed a bit expensive, but perhaps I have been out of the appliance repair game for too long.

The cost of service is comparable threw out the USA and 32 years in service, we had the parts on the truck and offered a written warranty in which by your own words we went back out at no charge and rectified a issue under the warranty, you might have saved a few dollars looking around but what you found was a company that cares about its customer's, backs up the warranty and keeps the appointments,,maybe next time you can save 10 bucks and have a tail light warranty with a diffrent company that only takes cash,,no receipt and little to no warranty,, try sears their apx 170 bucks to walk in,,,we are hear if you need us again
