He found the problem with the freezer door and was able to fix it. I gave him 5 stars for the repair. During the pandemic, I wish there was six stars because he used disinfectant to clean the door and the surrounding floor. I would hire him again!

The actual owner of the company came out to look at my stove. He was very professional and honest he could of easily charge me for the parts to fix my stove However, he was honest and advised me for the price of the parts that was needed I was better off getting a new stove. Now keep in mind he is not in the stove selling business. True professional!!

Work was completed during Covid19 scare. Repairman was very professional, wearing mask and completely cleaned up all touched surfaces before he left. I would never by a Samsung refrigerator again but I would call this repair service.

James was on time very professional and friendly. He evaluated the issue with my appliance and gave me options. Cleaned up and sprayed all the spaces he touched. I would recommend this company.

Responded within minutes of my request for a quote, and I was able to book a service call quickly. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his honesty as he told me he could fix my stove, but advised against it as the cost of the part alone was super expensive.
