Waldrop charged me $9,433.08 and refused to give me an itemized bill showing what they did for that price. They were supposed to check for leaks, but only checked under the sink, nowhere else. They dragged my washing machine out instead of using a lift, which dug up my bathroom floor. They took out my original sink and replaced it with a damaged, cheaper one, and took my original sink, which had nothing wrong with it. They claimed I needed a new one because there were no back brackets, yet they did not put them on the damaged one they replaced it with. They left the air return vent open and one of my cats got stuck in it. They refused to come out to rescue her, so I had to call someone else to take the vent apart and rescue her. She was stuck in there for 3 days and used the vent as a litter box, thereby undoing the vent cleaning I had done. The vet bill for treatment came to $592.30. They refuse to answer my calls or texts. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!
