Matt is not only highly professional and knowledgeable but he adds personality to the picture which is an awesome trait. He is funny, a great conversationalist and we got along with him famously. He was open to ideas and he always interjected his personal experience and expertise on ideas. We are extremely satisfied with the end project and very much look forward to hiring and working with him again. Also of note which is very important to us was his punctuality and always informing us of his arrival and departure. He was adamant about always cleaning up the area when he was done for the day and we highly recommend Matt Yates.!!

Matt installed ceramic tile for backsplash in my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. He arrived on time, worked without interruption until it was done, and has a great attitude. Fantastic job! Result exceeds my expectations. He also fit some emergency fence repair.

I hired Matt to install laminate flooring in my master bath. He was prompt, worked hard and got the project done in one day. He was careful about tracking construction debris into the bedroom. He provided a high and low quote range which was fair. I would hire him again for future projects.

Matt was GREAT I had in my head, what I wanted for a privacy fence and he took that info and created a beautiful privacy fence so that I don't see the cars go by in my back yard! We hired Matt to install a railing into our existing paver patio. He came up with an idea (we didn't know what we wanted) and it looked great! He also fixed the stairs to our patio and they looked really nice as well. Quality work, great price and he worked really quickly. We would hire Matt again for future projects!

Matt Provided a range so there wasn't any confusion or "shock" when the invoice came. The concrete slab for the patio was built in a way that will allow us to use it for years with no worry.
