Reviews
Write a ReviewMy husband and I moved into a house with a rain catchment system on it, with no idea how to run or maintain it. We reached out to Viking Water Well, after we couldn't find anyone else to come out and tell us why we suddenly lost water. It turns out our pump had burned up, because it was at the top of the hill pulling water instead of at the bottom of the hill pushing the water up, like it should have been. Sheldon came out, and told us what the problem was. We needed to move the pump and pressure tank to closer to where the water was coming from, and he was able to do that for us. When we decided to add an additional tank to our system we called them back up. They came out and in one day had a new water holding tank installed. They've helped us replace our UV Sterilization lamp, as we did not know what we were doing. Always friendly, always super helpful, and in my opinion fairly priced.
I hired Viking Water well to connect a water storage tank . We had the piping already installed but I was unsure of this. A good well technician would have done a quick test to determine the piping that was in place. However Viking installed redundant pipes probably to justify the cost of the job $6222.00. Additionally they did not enclose the wires in conduit tubing to protect from the elements and installed the well shut off valve away from the supply intake on the well. We now have to re-do the job properly and will lose all of the water in the tank because the shut off valve is in the wrong place. When I pointed out the problem to Viking I was told that this was purely "aesthetics" and could I provide them with the electrical code for the improper wiring. Where's the pride in doing good work. Do not hire this company go with H.W. Schwope & Sons. Save yourself a ton of money and aggravation.
I hired Viking to iinstall new tank and pump. The pump went out so I called for repair service. I had no water for almost a week. Calls went unreturned. When Sheldon finally returned my call he said he was too busy and would not come to check on problem for another week. He said that I was on my own and to call the vendor that sold him the pump. I paid over $7000.00 for lousy customer service and faulty equipment that didn?t last for more than a few years. Do not hire this company.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Was extremely easy to work with and very reliable. will use them again in the future
Great communication and efficient. Plan to use them again.
Prioritizes no water well problems. Came out same day and fixed problem.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Worked well with me and good communication
I am completely satisfied and grateful for the quick and affordable service I received. From the initial phone call to the actual work, the owners were personable and helpful. I will definitely use them again and Ihighly recommend this company!!!
The controller on my booster pump went out on a Saturday morning, with guests coming later that day. Viking came out in less than an hour and got me up in running in less than 45 min. Also took time to check out the rest of the system before leaving. Business is run by a young couple that recently relocated to Bandera.
Super kind, quick, and well priced! They found a mistake that the last well service made and were able to fix everything within the day. I loved working with them!
