I am happy to share my incredibly positive experience with the Grand Rapids team of Victors Home Solutions. From the initial visits by Zach and Kyle (Roofing Inspector and Sales Rep) which educated me and enabled me to make an informed decision and addressed my needs, to the interactions with Shelbi and Tracy (Production Administrators) who were so accommodating with the scheduling complexities and materials selection and ordering, to Darryl (Project Manager) and Victor and his crew of excellent roofers who were friendly, professional, clean and fast(!), every single representative of the company conducted themselves in a way that would make the company owner proud, and the customer extremely confident and more than satisfied. It was a fantastic experience to engage with such a consistently great group of people on a project that was so important to the soundness of my home and was such a significant investment. I would highly, highly recommend Victors Home Solutions to anyone!

Shout out to Hayden and Nate for coming out the day I called and staying extra late to answer all my questions and walk through ideas for my roofing project!! Two days later, my new roof is installed, my attic is now well-ventilated, my rafters repaired! Cleanup was immaculate! Thanks to site manager Mason for walking me through every detail and keeping me posted with notes and pictures!

Just replaced a 30-year-old roof and chose Victor's over other companies we received quotes from. We are very happy with the quality of the roof, including the materials and procedures. The process was well-coordinated, professional, and communication during all parts of the process was just right. Sending a shout out to our crew leader and foreman, Miles and Sergio, as well as the entire roofing crew. They were all helpful, responsive, and polite, and took care to protect property and landscaping around the house. We would work with Victor's again.

They were professional from beginning to end. Not high pressure, got up on the roof, and gave us several options. When we chose them, they had us scheduled within a few days. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up the yard beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend Victor's!

Miles and victory did a beautiful job on our roof. Clean and professional. Our roof was a mess. Missing 2x4 boards and a entire side of the roof was old tongue and grove. They took care of it. Also we had a tree that collapsed against a power line that we have been complaining about for 5 months and one call from Victor's and they came out in less than a hour the city came out and fix that issue. Sam sold us a full service roof and he wasn't lying. Worth every penny and the financing was easy and comprehensive

The roof work was done efficiently. It looks great. The roofers did a great job getting the job done and cleaned up after. Victors workers were here at their scheduled time. The project manager made sure we were happy with all. We are very happy with Victors.

Miles was very helpful and professional, he answered all our questions and explained everything very well. Mason was right here every step of the way helping the crew on the roof. He gave us updates as everything progressed, he went above and beyond to find more shingles when we needed them. He was very nice and professional. The crew worked quickly and precise, made sure they had good cover protection on the house. Everything was cleaned up very well and dumpster was removed first thing the next day. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who asked me what company did my roof. Matter a fact my neighbor is calling to get an estimate for his roof.

The job was well done and done exactly when they said it would be.
