Victors Home Solutions is a terrible company. Their salesperson, Hunter Davis, agreed to perform the work that we requested so we signed with them. He lied to us about the work that would be performed. Their crew arrived at our home and did not have the supplies necessary to perform the work. They packed up their equipment and left. The following Monday, a second crew arrived and still did not have the supplies needed to complete the job. Their lying salesperson told us a covered facia would be installed as well as a soffit. He also told us all of the rotted wood would be replaced. When I asked their supervisor, Lucas Christenson, where the soffit was he told me they do not perform that service, another lie. I contacted Victors Home Solutions and was told they do offer this service as long as a roof replacement was ordered. They also blocked both of our entry doors with the 4x8 sheets of roofing panels. Also, they left gaps under the overhang where bugs and birds can enter the home. We rate them a 1. They are lucky we can not rate a minus rating. Do not hire this company. None of their workers could speak English so it was difficult to communicate with them.

Short of a few nails and staples found on the ground by where the dumpster was, they did an amazing job. They were quick, very efficient, and accommodated our needs very well. I was impressed with their professionalism and transparency in explaining the entire process. From the gentleman who did the initial inspection, the concierge, to the crew that came out, they were all amazing! I would have no issues referring them to my friends and family.,

Very, very expensive. I should have pushed to get more quotes. After I got my job done I found out similar jobs were about $10,000 cheaper.

They did a comprehensive inspection of the old roof externally and internally, pointing out all the problem areas, something the other contractors I tried did not do as thoroughly (attic is not completely open). The roof was completed in a day and no debris was left behind.

Zach Geragosian came out to give us a roof inspection following a storm. He was punctual, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. We have had our Victor's roof since 2019 and we are very happy customers.

The job was done with great coordination. Everything was completed just as I was told. My large roof was completed in one day, a Friday. They cleaned everything up that night, picked up the dumpster early Monday morning. My neighbors were all impressed with the job they did. (A neighbor across the street had roofing supplies delivered by another roofer on the same day. They are still sitting in his yard!!) I would recommend Victors Home Solutions to my friends.
