had 5 phantom screens installed at my home as well as 9 blinds. The blinds are wonderful and look terrific. The phantom screens have been nothing but an issue since they were installed. The screen comes out of the track and bunches up so you cant open them and the latches dont catch to close them. Contacted the owner of this company, Ryan Emilio, who does not know how to deal with people who have an issue with his product. He is the most unprofessional individual I have run into in a very long time. I dont think its very professional to call my friend and contractor working on the premise, a **** head, Nor do I appreciate being told to slow my roll if I expect him to work with me to come to a solution. Maybe he needs to find a new profession that doesnt include dealing with the public. That being said, he has offered no solution, and has been nothing but aggressive since contacted that there was a problem. Long story short, stay away from Vermont Shade and Blind and Ryan Emilio.

Sadly this is not the case. We installed shades and screen doors In this home. At the completion of the job we walked the homeowner around and she was very happy with our work. Fast forward a month or two later. We receive an angry text from the gentleman in the home about our product being **junk**. We obviously were shocked to hear this and moved our schedule around to make a site visit. When arriving on-site, Ryan was met at the door of his truck by the homeowners contractor who was aggressive and threatening. Ryan was not even able to look at the product before he became very uncomfortable with the contractor and how aggressive he was. Ry.
