Awesome. They arrived on time, put up plastic barriers and set to work removing the mold. There was more than anticipated, but they stayed with it and did a thorough job. They also removed moldy subfloor and painted. They installed a moisture barrier. The estimate was exact. They were true professionals.

Jon and his crew were absolutely amazing to work with! I was very pregnant/had a newborn for the duration of our house renovation and they kept me up to date every step of the way. They went above and beyond to fill in where needed and got things done quickly so that we could move back in with our baby. We hired them originally to help with mold remediation and ended up asking if they could do 5 or 6 additional projects, as they are skilled in many areas (putting up new drywall, stripping old wallpaper, painting, fixing a cracked basement beam, etc.). I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

on and his team fully remediated the mold we found in our sealed attic. He installed new, proper venting, after a previous insulation installer blocked the side vents in our attic, causing the mold growth. Jon’s work also carries a 10-year guarantee! Jon is professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Notably, his prompt communication is a strength and sets him apart from any other contractor we’ve worked with since owning a home in Vermont. He is also very fair in his pricing. When we inquired about the condition of our roof, Jon assured us that was an unnecessary step at this time. His team also repaired some damaged sheetrock on our bathroom and repainted beautifully. We can’t recommend him highly enough!
