They were very courteous and informative. On time and fast.

Good staff. Fair Price. Container delivered on time, as promised. Also, picked on schedule. I recommend Valley Waste and will use them again as the need arises.

Nathan told me on the phone it would be $250 to deliver the dumpster and I agreed and we scheduled it. I asked him for an invoice so I could pay him and he just said he'll send me one when he picks it up. He did not send me any paperwork, contract, or invoice and made no mention of anything other than its 250 and when they will drop it off. When he picked it up he tried to charge me over 50% MORE saying it was too heavy and I put televisions and paint in it. At no time ever did Nathan say anthing about restrictions or extra charges. When I told him that fact and that I'd pay the agreed upon 250 he said he was going to dump the trash back on my property. They were so unprofessional and absolutely disgusting behavior from a business. If he told me upfront I would have had no problem paying extra or I would have disposed of the TV's at the dump myself. But he jus tried to bait and switch me like a snake.

They were great. Dropped off the dumpster in a timely manner and picked it up the same day I called to tell them it was full. I would recommend them to anyone needing a dumpster.
