We have more than 20+ years as a Licensed General Contractor specializing in roofing. We offer all types of roofing, including asphalt shingle, metal, and single ply. How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because when I was building spec homes in Tennessee, hurricanes Charlie, Frances and Jeanne devastated Florida. I was called to come to Florida as in installer for metal roofing to assist those impacted. Upon arrival I saw mass devastation and lives changed dramatically. Every roof that I installed I received gratitude and appreciation. It became addictive helping those reestablish their homes. At that point roofing became my livelihood and I wanted to help families whether it was storm related or homeowners just protecting their investments. Now that our children are older we have choose to make Maryville our home and we love being able to help our community and surrounding areas with any and all of their roofing needs..

They were extremely professional and efficient and on time and cost was low compared to other roofers And they valley vista took all the shingles off my roof and if needed replaced any rotted wood before putting new metal roof on . Awesome well done job all in one day They cleaned up with magnets to find every nail And whistled while they worked !!!! I would use them over and over again !! I had 5 roofing company’s come up and they did more than all 5 said they would and they stuck to there estimated amount which was super live compared to the other 5 company’s that came up Also the other 5 company’s said they would not strip the old roof off And visit said they would because if there was any rot they needed to replace it And thank God they did They didn’t want to bandage my roof issue But just fix it Incredible work they did No hassles at all!!!!

Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof

I waited for over a year before I decided to rate this great small company. Since their work, my house has experienced hurricane force winds and a tornado like downdraft that took out large trees. There was no damage to our roof. Did not lose one shingle. Kevin worked with the insurance adjuster when he replaced the fairly new roof that had been damaged by winds. I fully recommend him to anyone who needs roof work. He was professional, the paperwork easy to understand and I am very pleased with this result. I hope that he has a long and successful career.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
