Does not return texts or calls. Charges thousands of dollars and does not even come close to finishing the job. Communication is horrible!!! We can not get him to come back and finish the job that we already spent a fortune on. Horrible!!!

Ran late for appointment but called to give new estimate. Very professional. Answered my questions and provided advice. Would use again on future electrical needs.

The technician Tyler was excellent.

He did outstanding job, went to get the materials and installed smoke detectors.

Mr Shaffer was incredibly nice, prompt, knowledgeable, and professional with quality work well explained. Also the customer service person at first call was very helpful and even got him out here within 2 hours of original call to fix my issue without charging emergency call fee. Pricing in general was a little expensive, but acceptable for the promptness and accurate work.

Tyler was professional, polite, thorough, and he explained the issues with care. He does fantastic electrical work and showed up on time. This is a fine company and I have already scheduled them for more projects.

Tyler and team were very professional. The communication was great from the start with the office contacting me quickly late in the day for a time-sensitive job. They were onsite within 24-hours, completed the work so quickly that I hired them on the spot for one other little piece of work I needed doing that my regular guy couldn't get to for 2 more weeks. I think I've got a new electrician.... Highly recommend!

Hired Mr. Shaefer to replace a ceiling fan with light. He came on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Neat work, polite and personable. A very reasonable price. I certainly would hire him again
