Jose is the best!! He is very determined in his work. Since I first started with his company Urban Xterminator until now we have seen a decline in rodents which was our major concern. The forest is our backyard and we are surrounded by trees. Let me tell you the hell we went thru before we hired Jose. We literally had rats running around our front entrance. We could see them thru the windows. Mostly at night. We had problems with the cars during the winter season because they would chew the wires. No more since we hired him. Jose is extremely knowledgeable in termite and pest control. After moving from a different company Jose noticed we did not have the right number of termite traps to prepare us for the upcoming season, and was able to put the right number in at no additional cost. He was able to give advice on how to get rid of the crickets in my basement without using pesticides, something I was not trying to have in the house. Cannot recommend Urbanxterminator enough.

Jose was wonderful! Came to the rescue the next morning and sent me photos of the hive and results when the bees were removed. I had to call him again about a week later for a different very active hive I found and he came right away. Such a nice person! and very knowledgeable about bees/wasps/hornets!
