Arrived on time and both technicians were polite and very concerned about ensuring they kept the work spaces clean. Fast, efficient and the price was in line with my expectations. I will put them on my must call list for any other problems.

The installers were extremely courteous and competent. I am very pleased with my new furnace and A.C. despite the unexpected expense.

Found Justin very easy to work with. Honest recommendations ie: short term fix or long term purchase. Haven't made up our mind yet and have not been pressured in any way. Whatever we decide, we will be hiring Justin.

I phoned three different heating companies all of which said there was a dispatch fee..this company's fee was responsible..so I asked Justin if I could get an estimate for a repair on my heater but our connection was poor, he said he'll call me back in a couple hours or so knowing his reception would be better received...well guess what he called back just like he said,. He said he could come out then if I was available. .of course as my room I was renovating was freezing... Justin went over the heater with me and was patient with me as I know nothing about heaters...he's very knowledgeable, I see, has my heater is still working...by the way I had another company come out who couldn't make the necessary repairs. I'm a widow, so to find a skillful person who is knowledgeable, patient, professional, trustworthy and the cost is reasonable..well to me this is pretty great!! This company will be my go to company for heating and air conditioning always. Thank you Justin!!

I highly recommend Justin Lewis of Upfront Heating and Air Conditioning. I live in a remote area in the Sierra Mountains and my 25 yr old heating system stopped working during an extended and long winter storm. Justin answered my call promptly and made the long drive in bad weather to my home to help. He did a thorough inspection of my system and gave me options and upfront costs for both a new system or a repair. He was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions. He returned a few days later and installed a new Bryant Heater. I am so appreciative of Justin and his strong work ethic and fast and reliable service.

They were hard workers, easy to talk to, easy to get a hold of and they would call me back anytime I needed to talk to them about anything. Nothing bad, pretty much everything was good!
