Please read the Yelp reviews. Those are the best representation of how this company operates. I'm unable to give the details in this post because characters are limited. Just know even when you send photos of every piece of furniture with dimensions, It will be 4X the cost. Your deposit will be non refundable. Ashley, the sales rep sounds so kind on the phone and is a true scam artist. The manager will promise to listen and read all communications between the two of you and then will stop answering your calls and emails. If you allow them to move items, they will arrive broken and dirty. Your items will be transferred from one truck to another even when they tell you it's a direct move. Then when you file a claim, it's the equivalent of about $25. Save yourself the frustration and pass on this company.

Prior to booking, you were provided with a detailed estimate that outlined the pricing structure based on cubic feet; the space your items occupy in the truck. The photos you provided helped in creating an inventory list, which is used as a tool to estimate, rather than guarantee, the exact space needed. Upon reviewing our communications, we did not receive any item dimensions from you during the estimate process. Since you mentioned speaking with multiple companies, it's possible those dimensions were provided elsewhere. As part of our process, we typically conduct a Quality Assurance call before a move to finalize inventory and avoid unexpected costs on-site. However, since your move was scheduled just one day before pickup, we were unable to complete this final check-in. While there was a price adjustment on-site, it was not four times higher than the estimate, as stated. Additionally, our Senior Logistics Manager operates with integrity, and referring to them as a "scam artist" is inaccurate. The paperwork you signed clearly explains how estimates are calculated, the cubic-foot pricing model, and the terms regarding non-refundable deposits; especially for last-minute moves where services have already been rendered. Regarding your concern about damaged and dirty items, we did not receive any reports of this issue following your delivery. Our records show that your items were professionally wrapped and secured in the truck. However, we are more than happy to assist you with a claims process. Please provide photos via email of the damaged or dirty items, and we will promptly address your concerns. We appreciate your time and hope to find a resolution that works for you.

Move not completed yet but the contract is signed
The first movers that came wrapped everything so good! Then we found out they had 2 weeks to deliver. Another group delivered everything. The boxes were smashed and so much was broken or damaged. This was the worst move ever. Lost so much and I have moved many times and never had this happen. We wrapped everything so well with moving paper and bubble wrap. The only thing I could figure was they threw the boxes around since they were ripped or smashed. Not worth it and the price was horrible.
I used unlimited moving and storage for an out of state move. Carrie Prinkey was my contact person and she was Absolutely Amazing. She helped me with all my questions and concerns. Her communication was the best. She always kept me in the loop regarding questions or concerns I had. I had some issues with the delivery part of my move and she is currently helping me with that. Her patients with me was so much appreciated. She never made me feel like a nuisance like alot of companies do when questioning them. Hopefully everything will be worked out. Carrie Prinkey is a Rock Star!! Thank you so much.
