Universal Windows Direct of Central Texas

We received a recommendation from our friends to contact Universal Windows Direct to replace all of the windows in our home. We were not disappointed! Our home was originally constructed with single pane windows. We selected double pane, energy efficient windows where the bottom pane easily flips out for simple cleaning. The screens never need removal! We also purchased two plate glass picture windows for our Dining Room and Sunroom. We were kept informed repeatedly while the windows were being constructed. Once they arrived, a crew was sent to our home and the windows were professionally installed in less than a day. We can already tell the difference with outside noise (we don't hear anything!) and the room temperatures. With the rising cost(s) in electricity, these windows will truly make a difference. The team at universal windows has done two full home window replacements on two separate homes for us now. Start to finish on both projects they have been helpful, communicative, and expedient. We had a leak around a second story window that we couldn't figure out. I searched online for a local reputable company, one with good reviews that could replace the window if needed. Universal came up, very good reviews, so we contacted them. They came out within a few days, diagnosed the problem as deteriorating caulk, never tried to sell us a replacement window. They said they could make the repair for us. Being older and not having much expertise in this area, we were thankful they would do such a small job. The repair appt was easily scheduled. Justin communicated well, let me know he could come earlier if that worked for me. He and Clayton (who came for the diagnosis appt) were respectful, genuine people who made me feel completely at ease. Justin carefully looked the window over and made the repair in a very efficient way. He even donned booties over his shoes so as not to track dirt inside. I know if we ever need help with our windows we can rely on Universal to take care of us.

Words cannot describe how amazing this company is. Not only are the prices fair one may even say affordable, but Jon is a genuine and kind human being, not a pushy salesman like I’ve experienced with other companies. He’s confident in his product and his quality of work, professionalism, and install team sell themselves! We had Alex and his team install our windows a few days ago (right before some really bad weather) and not only did they come early but they replaced all of the windows (9) in my home in only about 4 hours!! That team KNOWS what they are doing. Not only have these windows exponentially improved the road noise in our home, but proved themselves within hours of install and the days following against storms, hail, and strong winds!
