I was disappointed with my experience working with Timothy and Angie on my home?s exterior project. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously. Throughout the process, I got the impression that the focus was more on upselling and collecting payment than on providing quality customer service or ensuring I was satisfied with the work. The project did not meet my expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated by the overall experience. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with them again.

Tim was a professional in all aspects of the work he did for us. He answers the phone when you call, he shows up for work on time and completes the job at hand. I’ve used his services three times and plan on using him in the future.

Tim Reilly of Universal Reilly Construction was very professional and had high quality work. Tim and I talked on the phone several times before he came to the house and gave me a quote for the job. Tim was excellent to work with on this project which included re-roofing to metal roof, re-siding to hardy board and painting the house. He also installed metal half round gutters and front pillars.
