I actually have had two projects done and hired a third one ( new front door ), they have done gutters and a walk in shower. The bathroom team was amazing. Done in two work days, great job and very through clean up. Gutter job went well also.

Do not walk, RUN far as you can from this company. I would NOT recommend Unique Home Solutions. During our consolation Dave came out to the house to explain the windows they use and their functions. We were told it would be a two hour presentation and he ended up being here for four. He sold us the windows on all the perks they offered. We were told we would be getting the same size and style windows all around but we had to purchase a trim kit for the bathroom which was fine and that we would lose a little bit of the window ledge. The bathroom ledge stayed the same but I lost INCHES in my kitchen window where I keep most of my plants and now have no place for them. After installation everything seemed great until it was not. We could no longer fit our AC units in the new windows. We do not have central air and the two units kept the house between 63-65 degrees. Once the installers were done we had to go to Home Depot and spend over $1,000 on portable air conditioners. Two of them at 8,000 BTU temperature of 60 degrees can not cool down my 980sq ft house. At this point I would rather keep my windows open and sweat it out instead of raising my electric bill These windows are not keeping my house cooler I would be so much happier with my drafty living room window than be stuck with this nonsense. To top everything else off I found soo much trash in my backyard leftover from the installer. I filled a snack size ziplocked bag with spray foam, a piece of siding a bunch of pieces of flashing, a single nail and a piece of glass. We found one of the slivers of flashing in our dogs foot which luckily we were able to pull out and not have to take him to the ER vet. Now my house is hotter than it ever was and I now have to worry about my dogs every time I let them outside in fear they will step on something else About a week and a half after installation Dave came over unannounced while only my husband was home. How convenient. He took the bag of trash that was left and when my husband explained the AC situation he said wow when it rains it pours. Thanks Dave for being so understanding

The professionals that I interacted with were so proficient in communicating and the customer service is excellent. The project was scheduled in January and the weather was cold and windy, however, they worked through the weather and completed the job in 3 days. I couldn't believe how hard they worked to get the project completed. I will definitely use this company in the future for other projects as needed.
