Our stainless steel and granite look brand new again! very professional and the cleaner with the blonde hair was really fun, they both did a really good job!

Make sure you check that they do all that they say they will. One person comes out to give you the price, then they send the cleaners. They worked hard, and a lot longer than the estimated time. I did have to mention that they didn't get the kitchen floor clean, so they did it again. It was late, so I was unable to check all areas, but I think that they tried to do a good job.

Dear [Consumer name withheld at their request] Thanks for the feedback! anytime we do a job, because we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, we do not get paid until you say and sign stating you are 100% satisfied. We stayed an additional 2.25 hours at no cost re-washing floors to try and remove animal urine odor to avoid having to replace the floors and to gain that 100% Satisfaction. We did however perform a complete walk through with you before we left. As for the kitchen floor, we teach our cleaning specialists to clean their way out. which means because the exit is attached to the kitchen that would be the last item completed. We were completing other areas of the home first when we explained it to you so we apologize if it seemed like we were going around it but in the end it was completed. I'm not sure what you mean with checking that we do what we say but if it has anything to do with scraping paint and clumps of glue under the carpets that is something that a floor specialist would need to do. If we somehow led you to believe that we were able to complete that task then we apologize for the confusion. Our top priority is making sure that you are 100% satisfied, our clients are like family!
