My wife and I were very impressed with Uneek from the initial meeting to the final walk through. Sarah guided us through the entire process and thoroughly answered all questions. She worked to stay within our budget and made what could have been a very stressful process into an enjoyable experience. The crew was also very professional, friendly, and worked with great care. Last but certainly not least, our basement looks great. I would highly recommend Uneek for your remodel job.

Couldn't have been happier or more pleased with the final product. The crew was on time every day, pleasant to work with and seemed very well qualified. the attention to detail was great. I would (and have) recommended them to anybody. Before starting Derrick and I went over what I wanted and he made some great suggestions. His estimate was lower than others I contacted and Final price was his estimate.

Sarah was a pleasure to work with, she has a design background and was very helpful making color and tile choices. The contractor was charming, likable, and clean. He did a great job on the bathroom floor tile and the installation of the toilet, but made mistakes with other areas: communication was poor-scheduling work time and keeping time promises, the small tile of the shower floor is not evenly spaced and some places the grout covers the tiles too much. I know that I am a perfectionist and highly critical so what you may perceive as great- I might think is fair.

Overall This Project turned out great. work performed on this job was to remove exsisting shower stall, all flooring, vanity, toilet and fixtures. Uneek the installed a full tile shower enclosure with a mosaic tile floor and marble wall tiles. On the bath floor we use 12' x 12' ceramic tile layed in a diamond pattern. Uneek assembled a europen vanity and installed a new toilet to finish the project. The complete remodel was done in 5 working days. There was a scheduling delay with the tile installer which set our scheduling behind. Uneek did finish the job in a timely manner and has recived a customer satifaction sign-off from our customer.

Not enough appropriate workers, should send electricians for electrical work, plumbers for plumbing. Need more experience.

P.A.R provided the correct amount of workers for this project. full bath remodel,painting 2 rooms, installing bathroom fans to two bathrooms, installing new door, and fixing subfloor issues all done in two days. The initial quote included fees for P.A.R Corps licenced plumber was not required by city for install of bathroom faucet. and was out of budget for homeowner. Also an additional request was made for the install of a addtional switch lag for a new bathroom vent fan/light combo. P.A.R advised homeowner that it would be more cost effective for her to hire an electritian herself. homeowner was satisfied when P.A.R completed job.
