Scott responded quickly to my inquiry- within minutes- and I set up an appointment for the next day. The inspection was professional and thorough. His advice was knowledgeable and helpful. We only asked for a quote, but Scott?s expediency and professionalism made all the difference. Additionally, he even reached out to our realtor to get more specifics on the house sale. Highly recommend!

This company may do very good work but for me personally they were outrageously expensive. I have a basement that receives water whenever there is heavy rainfall. I called them for assistance and for only SIX THOUSAND dollars received the following: Dumpster rental for a week and 4 men who spent one day cleaning out my basement. They also installed a dehumidifier and heaters for one day. It was also not possible to obtain a written estimate the work to be done and cost. For 6 thousand dollars I could have gotten my landscaper to send 4 of his men to work in my basement for a WEEK. Would certainly not recommend these guys to anyone

We experienced significant water damage at our house. Carl and Scott explained the process for the remediation and what we should expect in terms of time and logistics. All our questions elicited detailed answers which really set our minds at ease. Most reassuring was the description and possibility of the hidden conditions that might be revealed once the work began so that we would not be caught by surprise. Our belongings were protected from dust and the ultimate cleanup was first rate. All aspects of the work were carried out in a professional manner and I would highly recommend them.
