Would highly recommend. I had squirrels going in my ceiling. In a matter of 2 days after calling Nugo the squirrels were removed and the area sealed. Overall responsive and punctual.

Amazing. Nugo came to my rescue and got a bat out of my house within 10 seconds of walking in! He made an after hours call, got here as quickly as he could, was calm and was extremely well versed to make me feel as comfortable as I could having just caught a bat in my kitchen. U.S. Bird Control (Nugo) was awesome. He was able to come as soon as I called. He found the squirrel, identified where it got in, and while he was waiting for me to write another check, another squirrel jumped out of our fireplace (we had just closed the flu...) and started running around our living room, so he caught that too! I was so grateful that he was still there! I'd recommend Nugo without hesitation and I'm incredibly grateful that I have my go-to guy when it comes to critters who find their way into our home!

They installed an exclusion device to remove the raccoons in my roof. The entry point was a hole that was enlarged. They even showed me a photo where you can visibly see the bite marks of the raccoon. They secured the area around the main entry point. This will prevent the recurring access of the animal. Once the raccoons are out, they look happy outside and my kids are safe inside.

I recently had flying squirrel problems at my house and called US Bird Control. Nugo, the owner, showed up within two hours and took care of everything by the end of the day. What I appreciated the most was the sense of urgency he worked with. My problem was not necessarily urgent in his line of business but flying squirrels in my own home were really terrifying and a true emergency for me. He understood my panic and sent me a really good (and nice) crew to fix my problem. We still have some more work to do and I am sure it will be nothing less than excellent.

Nugo is the best! We just moved into our new house and found a dead squirrel in one of the rooms. I reached out to Nugo and he was there the next day. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and very responsive via text and call. He follows up immediately to make sure the situation is controlled. I also used him for power washing of the house/fence/roof and as expected did a wonderful job! I highly recommend Nugo to anyone as he is very reliable, honest and very nice guy.

I am very happy with US Bird Control, LLC and his team! We called in the morning for an urgent same day service. They came within an hour to remove a chipmunk that was trapped inside our house, on the second floor. The price was great and Nugo was very professional. I highly recommend them!
