Milton and his crew arrived on scheduled. they set up and started the removal of all the siding including all the nails right away. They did thorough job and bagged,sealed, and disposed everything properly. Milton was very friendly and professional and great with answering all questions. They left and everything was clean and neat and I would hire them again if needed.

Milton and his team were professional. Great communication with quick response. The team of workers left the work area very clean no mess to clean up afterwards. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

Mr. Serrano (Milton) did a phenomenal job. He was extremely responsive and punctual, as well as very friendly and personable. It was a relatively very small job removing some of the asbestos insulation over a section of my HVAC duct, but he was very efficient about getting it done quickly and professionally the same day he saw it. He also was helpful in removing the associated clutter and debris left by the previous owners as well as putting the shelves etc back in place after finishing. I would highly recommend him in the future. He was very reasonable in terms of the price as well.

We were very pleased with Mr. Serrano & the USA Asbestos Removal llc. They removed layers of flooring and old linoleum for us on 2 occasions. He explained every detail of the removal/ retesting process and then he & his crew did exactly as explained, from; arriving on time , using all safety precautions, following town & CT regulations for removal & disposal and paying meticulous attention to the final clean up. He gave me copies of the final independent lab test reports within 24 hours.

I needed to remove asbestos for my house sale. I got many quotes, but Milton was the only contractor who took the time to explain the whole process of asbestos removal to me, including the state and federal laws and required 3rd party air testing to ensure the job was done correctly. His price was also very competitive, and his timeline for completing the job was catered to my schedule. His crew came and did many hours of jobsite setup, then the removal and testing the following days. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and communicated with me through the whole process so that i was aware at all times of what was happening in my home. I was completely satisfied with the job. Milton is an excellent contractor, and communicates well. He took the anxiety and fear out of the word "Asbestos". I have complete confidence in his work, and I would hire him again without thinking twice.

After a few bids I decided to go with USA Asbestos Removal, LLC many because of the price. But I was nervous because of the nature of the project, however Milton (licensed contractor) patiently explained everything I need to know. These guys did an amazing job, well under the 2 days schedule. Everything was done according to state code. Again you can't beat the price. I recommend these guys.
