Great customer service, staff was very friendly and willing to answer my questions. Wish I could always get such great service like this from other companies. Excellent, professional team.
Tyson Energy was at our place on time, and finished the job within the time frame that i was given. During the biding process they also offered to put down a heat shield on the deck area where the furness sets in the attic. The other company that bid against Tyson was more expensive an did not even offer to put down a heat shield. Very happy with Tyson Energy.
Found this company thru HOMEADVISOR..COM. Chris was one of the first to call. He was friendly, knowledgeable, informative but never high pressure. The price was reasonable, the crew was extremely neat and they left one very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Tyson Energy Solutions!
They did a great job, but never followed up with a receipt or pictures. I would like to discuss other things with him.
I would highly recommend Tyson Energy Solutions. There is no high pressure sales at all! I had them upgrade my insulation to R38 and add radiant barrier underneath the eaves of my 20 year old home in Sacramento County. The team of 4 workers showed up around 10:30am and stayed until almost 8:00pm. They were courteous to me and my housemate and laid down a path of radiant barrier to walk on because we don't walk on the carpeting in the house. Since then I have been monitoring the attic temperature with an indoor/outdoor thermometer that I bought for $18 at a box store. In 2 weeks the highest temperature in the attic has been 117 degrees. Outside in the July heat it has been hovering around triple digits. The ground floor where people live has been noticeably more comfortable. We have used the AC sparingly. I talked to many companies before deciding and feel like I have picked a winner.
Chris with Tyson Energy Solutions provided very thorough estimate after a close look at my 1940's home in Fresno. He is very knowledge about insulation & attic/gable fans in providing greatest energy efficiency during both hot summer months & cold winters. The work was done on time at a very reasonable cost, including attic insulation & a very good attic fan. The cooler temperature of the home was distinct right away; the noise while running the cooler on roof is much quieter. The attic fan & insulation together make a very distinct improvement. I would recommend Tyson Energy Solutions without any hesitation.
I would recomend this company to anyone! Very Happy with them and we are installing a whole house fan also., Very professional and on Time!
Everything was completed as promised and on schedule. Chris took the time to do a through inspection before and after. He lowered his bid to meet the competition. We had been suffering from allergies. After cleaning out all of the old insulation, sanitizing, sealing and installing R-38 insulation, NO MORE ALLERGIES in our home.
Great service for a reasonable price.
