My 9 year old computer all of a sudden failed to power up. My first concern was DATA recovery! I reached out to HomeAdvisor and was provided TwoFeld Tech as a resource. I was glad they did, from the get go I felt reassured with the probable cause explanation and solutions that were clearly explained. From call backs, then though emails, I was so pleased with the quick response and thorough advice and guidance that I received. Everything was straight forward, practical, and I never felt I was being sold anything. I dropped off my computer and I was able to pick it up the next day. The quote I was given upfront was spot on to what I expected to pay when the work was completed.
