Turning Point Woodwork

We had the best experience with James at Turning Point Woodwork. He custom built and installed a built-in, which completely transformed our space. He listened to our wants and ideas, made suggestions, drew up plans, re-adjusted plans to our specifications, built everything in his shop and installed it all in our house in less than a day. Could not be more convenient. All communication and responses were clear and timely. Would definitely hire again.

James was timely, added value to the design, and did a fabulous install. I would use Turning Point for any future needs for built-ins.

We were new to the area and had many quotes for custom built in shelving around our fireplace. After only meeting James for a few minutes I knew he was the one! When he quoted me a price, I knew his attention to detail would be worth every penny, on top of that his price was well worth the value. He took took great care of us and did an AMAZING job. I often walk into the living room just to admire them. :)

Total pro! I told him essentially what I wanted & he very quickly sent me back 2 sketches - various views, with dimensions, showing me exactly what the items would look like. One was for a Larder/Pantry for the kitchen, and the other for a floor to ceilig linen cabinet- and the delivered items blew me away. More gorgeous than I could have imagined, with great attention to detail. They were delivered 2 days later than promised, due to weather conditions & the staining process, something he could not control, but he let me know ahead of time, and then delivered 2 days later, as promised. They are exquisite!! I could not be happier, and I am going to use him again for another gorgeous built in wall bookcase.

Work was professional and worked very quickly on my Kitchen. I knew he was giving me a great deal and the quality of his work was outstanding. They exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

He always calls back. He comes and finishes the job and comes in to repair things for nothing.
