Took three weeks to do a two maybe 3 day job. Constantly showed up in the afternoon and worked a few hours and left only to not show up when they said. The guy who did the actual work plus one woman who helped him - which is the only day they got the liner in. Fred is awesome but I donÂ’t know how the owner thinks he can run a business with one guy doing everything. I feel for Fred. He is really trying to make it work but I will not hire them again. Plus they tore up my yard and left me with that mess and an angry husband to deal with it.

Sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience. I also know things can take longer than expected or seem to take longer. It actually took 10 days which is longer than desired. But as you know, it took longer because instructions were not followed. As for Fred, we think he is awesome but he had help for at least three days at your project so I am confused by your comment.

Make sure you get a quote from them before they touch a tool.

Sorry you feel that way. It can be frustrating when you spend hours trying to find a leak. I believe when you called in you stated you had spent "two or three hours trying to find the leak." However, our tech found the leak and "with your approval" repaired the leak in a short period of time. You were charged our minimum service charge.
