Adam and his crew did a wonderful job making our dream a reality! Adam came to our home and set down with us to discuss the plans and then designed exactly what we wanted. It came out better than expected and I would recommend TruPro patios to anyone who is looking to get their dream patio or screenroom projects complete. Thank you TruPro! Coming out and actually doing the work was great...now it leaks and I've been calling and leaving messages since ~October with no return call...can't even reach them by phone...always goes to voicemail....bad business....I wouldn't recommend them to anyone...so I will be reporting this to the BBB.....so sad. Just tried again, just now, calling and their number no longer works.

Had issues getting them to come out and get the work done but it was also after Ida and post Covid so not sure how much that influenced the timing.

Very professional..customer service is excellent..informed me about all work being performedâ ¦bad weather prevented my start date and I was notified ahead of time ..Adam is great and delivered on all he said when first coming out to bid on project ..although he had the job when I met with him ..THANK YOU TRUPATIOS
