Outstanding company to work with! I had storm damage and no idea who to contact or what to expect. Mervyn did the initial inspection and was very patient with me. Justin was amazing to work with! He took the time to explain everything so that I knew what to expect, something my insurance company did not do. Josh was incredible! So helpful and responsive to my concerns. Megan in the office was always pleasant. The work was done quickly and the quality was good. But what really stood out is the customer service. Top notch company and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Also an honest company. A friend of mine had a roof inspection done by them and was told her roof was fine and had no damage. They did not try to take advantage of her or try to sell her something she didn't need. Highly recommend TruChoice!

I called TruChoice in hopes they would come and help me sort out the mess another roofing company had left me with..Not only did they help me understand what had been done and not been done ..they gave me solutions. They even went as far as to communicate with the other company for me. The first repair was completed within a week of my first call which gave me so much piece of mind as I had active leaking,the quote was so fair it put it in to perspective how overcharged I had been from the other company. The staff .. PHENOMENAL with their professionalism and compassion for my situation. How I wish I would've had my entire roof done by Truchoice to begin with. Extremely happy customer! From the 1sr phone call till the job was done the communication was great. They were easy to talk to nice an friendly. They came out within a week for a quote and once the paper work was signed They put us right on the schedule. Two weeks They were out and had our gutters installed in just a couple hours. Real nice guys installing. We will be doing business with them again.

We were lucky enough to find them after a tree landed on our roof destroying the Master Bedroom. I found them on Home Advisor and told them it was a emergency. He called within ten minutes said he would be there at a certain time he was here at that time. They are knowledgeable he was complete and gave us a quote quickly. They also took care of everything including the work permit and engineer. Every time we called he was there they went above and beyond I cannot say how lucky we were to find such a honest, and hard working group of guys who came to our aide when we were desperate for our home to be repaired. I would recommend them to anyone.
