I cannot say enough good things about this company! From Merv who sold me the roof/gutters to Megan in financing to Josh the project manager to clean up...each one answered my MANY questions helping me to understand the process...all of them went above and beyond even afterwards, which is so appreciated! What a great team! 🙂 I have been referring them to ALL my friends needing work done on their home. I definitely made the right choice. The TruChoice! YOU GUYS ROCK!!! 💯

Very hardworking and outstanding crew! They were amazing with their time management and communication. The wife and I were left very pleased and highly satisfied. We would definitely recommend this company to a friend or family member needing service. That would love for the job to get done right in a reasonable time frame. The project supervisor Shane, was very trusting and reliable. He made sure to be on site to answer any question or even build a small talk conversation. He won't leave you disappointed. Outstanding company to work with! I had storm damage and no idea who to contact or what to expect. Mervyn did the initial inspection and was very patient with me. Justin was amazing to work with! He took the time to explain everything so that I knew what to expect, something my insurance company did not do. Josh was incredible! So helpful and responsive to my concerns. Megan in the office was always pleasant. The work was done quickly and the quality was good. But what really stood out is the customer service. Top notch company and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Also an honest company. A friend of mine had a roof inspection done by them and was told her roof was fine and had no damage. They did not try to take advantage of her or try to sell her something she didn't need. Highly recommend TruChoice!

From the 1sr phone call till the job was done the communication was great. They were easy to talk to nice an friendly. They came out within a week for a quote and once the paper work was signed They put us right on the schedule. Two weeks They were out and had our gutters installed in just a couple hours. Real nice guys installing. We will be doing business with them again.
