Have had several issues the first being getting them to respond. 1. Project started Nov 20. The 2 sections they could install were put in. This needed to be done then they would measure for the gates and then return to install. I contacted them twice in December- once by email- no response- then Dec 26 by text. I was told the gates were ready and they hopped to install them on Friday, Dec 29. They never showed nor did I hear from them. They showed up unannounced the following Friday, Jan 5. Fortunately, I was home as they said someone had to be there but as I said they did not contact me before. After installation. Was satisfied with the finished product and the installer. Asked for my balance to write a check. Was unsure of the amount as there was an upcharge for a difficult removal of the old fence. Call was placed to the owner. He said I'd only paid the deposit. I knew that was not true and pulled up my second payment of $1000. He said it wasnt on their books and only finally believed me because his installer verified looking at the canceled signed check. He said I owed $260.00 I said I had used them in the past and was happy with the service so that is why I went with them again and was unhappy. Stated was going to write a review as such. He was upset saying they only get 5-star reviews. He offered to forgo the $260 if I would not write a negative review. I refused so he told the installer to take the check. Actually, if he had backed down at that point I would have not written anything but didnt like feeling pushed into a corner not to write. It made me wonder if any others had similar situations. Follow up On Jan 5, I got a receipt for payment. I noticed I was charged for 3 8' sections of fence for a total of 24 feet. The total project was only 14'. I responded for clarification as to why they needed 3 sections. The response was they would look into it. It is now Jan 10 and I have not heard anything. Work was fine. Communication and service were lees than desirable.

Susan, As you know your gates were "custom built" which had to be made by our supplier causing the delay. You were informed through out the process, but grew very impatient and difficult to accommodate. Unfortunately, due to the custom measurements there really wasn't much we could do but wait. I offered you many options which you declined. SO glad you were happy with the installation. YES we value our customers and are our number 1 priority which as you can see with our truly amazing reviews we have received over the last 7 years. The price you were charged was accurate.
