Stevie came to my home within a few hours notice. We had an issue with the heating. Temps had dipped below 50 degrees the night before. The house was noticeably different and cooling. Stevie shown up with his 30 years of HVAC experience and had only seen my issue one other time. He was professional, polite, and courteous to my property. All on a holiday. If you don't consider this professional based on my account. I hope you have someone better in mind. It'll be a tough sale for me to convince you otherwise. He's the real deal.

Although I had an evaluation and estimate from another business, and was just looking for an estimate, Triple Ice attempted to repair the furnace first. When that did not work, they were able to replace the furnace the next day at a better price point.
