Rob was a good match for us and the work that we needed done. Communication was strong - response was swift, including for at least one accidental phone call. His installation work was 5 / 5. Because he was working in a rail space that had been recently insulated; the project manager also inspected Rob's work to make sure his team did not need to do any follow up repairs. He was very impressed by Rob's workmanship. Rob's mitigation work resulted in a significant reduction in radon levels as measured by our Corentium Home 2 devices from Airthings, this device measures radon/temp/humidity continuously and allows us to monitor levels via the app. if you are concern about radon in your home, I would recommend both Rob from Tri-state, and understanding your long term radon levels using a device such as the Corentium Home 2 device. Below is a snapshot showing the reduction in radon levels in our crawlspace after Rob completed his work.

Rob was honestly great to work with. He was super responsive — every time I texted or called, he got back to me really quickly, which made the whole process so easy. His pricing was also very reasonable compared to a few other quotes we got. What I really appreciated was how fast he was able to get everything done. He scheduled the job quickly, showed up right on time, and finished the radon system much faster than I expected. The work looks really clean and professional, and everything was done exactly when he said it would be. If you need a radon system installed and just want someone who’s reliable, responsive, fairly priced, and easy to work with, I’d definitely recommend Rob. Super smooth experience from start to finish.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
