From the bidding process David and Paul stood out from the rest of the contractors we got bids from. They were the most professional, detailed and friendly. The addition they built for us came out fantastic, plus it was right on budget and finished before the original completion date. There were zero issues during the project, and David and Paul were a constant presence. They were always available to talk about changes or concerns. We have worked with many different contractors through the years, and Ziegler and Associates have been by far the best to work with. I very highly recommend working with Ziegler and Associates. Paul is professional, timely and his prices were reasonable. We used him for major remodeling of our house and would definitely recommend others to use his services. We are glad to have found a reliable contractor.

The project is not complete as of yet,but up to now i am very happy with paul and his crew.Will get back to you once job is complete.His framing work was Okay,but his finish work was so bad I had to remove all of it and have my own crew re do all of the finish work again.He constantly pulled off his crew to go to other jobs. I haven't seen or spoken to him in over 1 year....I should have back charged him for all the work I had to do over.
