I received a quote over the phone from Michael. He arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional. He noticed some broken shutter magnets which would have been a safety hazard if the shutter fell out of the window casing. He cleaned up the broken plastic pieces leaving the house as clean as when he arrived. I will definitely use his services again.

The owner responded immediately. was able to give quote over the phone. I had to reschedule the date of service, but no hassle and was able to get the day I.needed. Customer service and responsiveness an A+. Will hire Tri-County again.
