They were a bit pricier but very responsive. For that I’ll give them a very good rating. I did hire another contractor who did an excellent job for a fraction of the cost. That being said, I would not hesitate to call Tri-County glass and doors in the future

Very professional when I called for quotes on a new bathroom shower glass door. They showed up masked, even wearing booties in my house to measure my bathroom shower. Impressed! Professional and my shower door looks great! I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

They were polite, wore masks and were very professional. The job was completed exactly as Iâ d hoped and looks beautiful. I highly recommend them. Iâ ve actually recommended them several times. I needed a windshield replay few years back and got great service, so I told a few friends about them just in case, and one friend did need them for a repair of their shower door. They were so pleased with the end results. I was glad to hear that because I had recommended them to my doctor. But I knew they would do it right.

Horrible service. I used this company to replace the windshield of the vehicle of my husband. The first time they came to replace the windshield they brought the wrong one, so after my husband took time out of his day, it had to be rescheduled, so they could order the correct one. The second time they came, they replaced the windshield with a scratched and chipped windshield. The glass was so incredibly dirty you could not even see the damage until we cleaned it the next day. When I spoke with the owner to fix it again, he said he would. I scheduled a time that was convenient for us. When that time came, he was nowhere to be found. They never showed up to correct the job that they did. I called multiple times and did not get a call back until the following day. The owner that processed to scream at me over the phone, and said I had to go through my insurance again. They would not fix the windshield that was damaged when they installed it. After yelling at me, and not letting me get a word in, he hung up on me. I have never experienced such horrible customer service from an owner especially. But not only have we took time out of our day to make these appointments, and not only did they bring the wrong windshield than a damaged windshield. They just do not show up. Do not use this company.

Very professional and reliable

The first guy Chris who came out to measure was really through and came up with some creative solutions for a slightly tricky shower door opening. The two guys who did the install were equally awesome and did a great job! ! They were even so considerate and wore shoe covers while in the house. I would definitely recommend Tri County Glass!
