    My review is already out there. I wanted to add that when Travis arrived, the garage area where he needed to work was cluttered and he helped my wife move the clutter. Also my wife did not know that our old water heater was missing earthquake straps so she had not mentioned this as part of the job. Travis did not have straps on Sunday but he returned on Monday early in the morning and installed the straps for only $20.

    It was a Sunday. Our 20 year old water heater stopped working and was also leaking. We also had an art show to attend for a dear friend that afternoon. Homeadvisor came up with three 5 star plumbers. Travis called my wife within a very short amount of time. She explained. He said he was finishing a job and would be at our house in 1 hour after he finished. He arrived on time with a new water heater. He was very professional. He was both a knowledgeable and a fast worker. Both my wife and I have decided he is our new plumber. Definitely going to hire him again for a bigger project.

    He was very clean, very courteous and very knowledgeable about plumbing. He explained everything he was doing and why. He shows up on time as well. He has good contractors for projects outside of plumbing that he can refer to us as well.

      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
