Very friendly,professional service. They couldn’t complete the work because my neighbor refused access to my tree from their driveway. Even so,Mike and crew handled the situation as well as possible.

Trusted Home Advisor to connect us to a qualified contractor and was sadly disappointed. While Mr. Fraser was prompt and eager at the beginning of the $24,000 project, his interest waned with the procurement of the final check.We were quickly shunted to the side in his quest for new jobs. A trail of broken promises and no-show appointments followed - still waiting for completion six weeks later. Another unsettling aspect was the overt use of marijuana by his workers while on the job. Extremely dismayed and disappointed. Use at your own peril.

Kathleen, We are sorry you are so disappointed in our company. We did our very best in completing the extensive repairs which were needed at your home in a timely manner during the winter months. Unfortunately there were several quite impactful Noreasters which left our office and homes without power multiple times over multiple days. These storms also severely impacted our schedule as you can imagine. We are happy that the job is completed for you and apologize for the inconvenience of delays. We have a very strict no drug use policy at our company and have never previously received such a complaint. This is something we will investigate internally.

From the first call from mike, to his office staff. It was the best.I had a huge cape pine on my summer home.I put my trust in Mikes hands.I was over an hour away I new everything that was going on through the entire tree removal. They will be back for more trees that need to come down after all of our bad weather thank you
