Fast response from Kal. Estimated next day , ok’d estimate and work began 2 days after that. Kal was very knowledgeable, he was professional, prepared to get the job done in one visit. Kal brought Travis to assist with a relatively large folding shutter that had to be removed prior to replacing the needed parts. After completing the major repairs, these technicians checked out all other shutters on my home. Complete Lube job including all shutter hinges. I have never had such a thorough job done on my shutters and I have had them maintained elsewhere. Two great young men who were personable, and great to have working around my home. The shutter tech was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His pricing was extremely reasonable. I could not be happier given how many there are in my area that do not do a good job and try to overcharge. Iâ m already on their list for an annual maintenance check.
