Reviews
Write a ReviewThe pool install went relatively smooth until they installed the electrical panel in a spot I specifically asked them not to. Then I pointed out that they forgot to install the erosion chlorine feeder. Unfortunately they had already done a horrible job of laying out the plumbing for the equipment so there was no room to install the chlorine feeder without either replacing most of the equipment plumbing and rebuilding it or, drilling holes into the side of the existing pipes and installing the feeder with tubing which is much more prone to leaking and not an ideal situation. They never returned a single call to resolve those issues and refuse to acknowledge the documented clearance requirements I gave them for the electrical panel. Their customer service is horrible and this experience makes me regret ever installing a pool. Look elsewhere for a pool company.
We did return calls and return to the jobsite to accommodate his wishes. We moved the equipment and panel to customers satisfaction.
They used very high quality equipment and materials to make a pool that looks beautiful and works well. The workers were very polite, courteous and professional.
This pool company was initially very friendly but during the construction they were absolutely never on time and completely unresponsive to our complaints. After the pool was opened we immediately began to experience leak issues from a valve and then in less than 3 months the deck and pool completely separated from each other. We paid 46K for a pool and spa but instead, what we got is a nightmare. The deck and pool have separated by a good 1/2 an inch (in some areas) and from what I have been able to gather is that it has a lot to do with the poor construction of the pool shell and the pool deck regarding the preparation of the ground, prior to pouring the concrete. We have been asking for them to fix or repair it for 6 months now. The contract called for a 30 foot pool, we got a 29 foot pool shell that has separated itself from the deck due to poor workmanship. They will try to tell you that the ground shifted and blame it on God but the truth is, they did not prep the ground properly by compacting it and then when they poured the deck they did a terrible job of laying gravel and sand. I had to complain to make them come out and prep the deck better and they really did not do what I asked them too. They did not construct the rebar and grid properly. These people are amateurs at pool building. I am not happy. I will say that every single person I have spoken with at Trademark has been absolutely wonderful, polite and very professional but my wife and I were lied to repeatedly about this issue. No ! The water is NOT supposed to be able to get behind the pool shell and No ! it has nothing to do with the ground moving. It has to do with very poor workmanship related to the ground prep before pouring the concrete. I complained BEFORE the pour that the ground was not prepped properly and they did not heed my warning.

My outdoor playground is now my entire backyard. Trademark put a pool and spa in, and cemented the surrounding area. They also worked with the landscaper we hired and the result was a back yard oasis!
My husband and I were very cautious when it came to selecting someone to entrust with our pool. Ronnie from TradeMark Pools is one of the gentlemen that came out to quote for resurfacing our pool. I felt like he was very trustworthy, and the price seemed reasonable compared to other companies. I was told Charlie was going to be a Project Manager. Charlie made everything go smoothly, always listened to any special requests I had and was eager to make sure it was done the way that I wanted. Believe me, I am very picky. Leaving me happy and satisfied. Jorge was the head guy for demolition. Jorge and his team made the biggest mess, I thought he could never get my yard looking decent again. Jorge made sure he and his team left my back yard looking good spotless. I highly recommend Ronnie, Charlie and Jorge and his team they are an A+ in my book. Everything was done over and above anything I could have wanted. I would definitely request Ronnie, Charlie, and Jorge and his team in any future projects... I highly recommend Ronnie, Charlie and Jorge and his team they are as good as it gets. You could not do any better. I promise! Overcast day sorry the picture is not that great.
Easy to work with
good company good quality of work
Very professional crews. Always left the work site clean at the end of the day. Never once did I see them use personal cell phones while on the job.
