We hired Trademark to complete a tile backsplash in our kitchen. Trademark had previously replaced a roof for us. It was a great experience so we went through them again for this job. Like the roofing job, this one went very well. Working with Rich Simmons was a great experience. His communication was exceptional and answered all of questions. The work was completed quickly and looks awesome. I will definitely call on Trademark when I have any additional projects.

We hired Trademark to replace our roof following a hailstorm. They were recommended by a neighbor. Trademark is a local company and not a storm chaser operation. I worked Rich who was great from beginning to end. He was honest. Communication was excellent and he was helpful with working with insurance company. The work was excellent. The roof and gutters look great. They did a nice job cleaning up after the job was done.

What started out as a nightmare ended up to be a pleasant experience thanks to Rich and his crew at Trademark. Rich was always on top of things, explained exactly what needed to be done and why, always available for question or concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional while at the same time caring and understanding.

Excellent communication from beginning to final wrap up. Rich was a pleasure to work with and the staff he has were efficient,skilled and hard working. Project was completed on time with complete satisfaction from my wife, not an east task. If we have any future work that will need be done - we will be calling them first.

Rich and his workers did an outstanding job. Initially we had a laundry room and pantry remodeled which involved the rooms being flipped. The job involved some structural replacement. The entire process was explained to us prior to and during the completion of the project. We were very impressed with the craftsmanship of all workers involved. Rich did a great job of managing the work schedule including getting the materials, the work itself, and the required inspections. Months after the project was completed we discovered a mold problem in our attic. It was not in anyway related to the prior work done by Rich and his crews. Because of our experience with Trademark Building Solutions we called Rich. Again, all required work was done in a very timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Trademark Solutions and actually have recommended them to several friends and neighbors who are also very happy with their work.

I had a wonderful experience with Rich Simmons at Trademark Building Solutions. The ceilings throughout our house were collapsing and we were so lucky to have someone like Rich overseeing the entire project—starting with the roof and then repairing the ceilings, repainting all the walls, addressing all the electrical fixtures, removing all the carpet and tile, and replacing with beautiful flooring. Rich was working with me the entire way by recommending solutions and even bringing products to me for my convenience. If Rich said he would be coming at a certain time, he was there at that exact time!! I completely trusted Rich and everyone working with me, and the time it was completed was what I was told at the start. I would highly recommend working with this company.

Trademark Building Solutions was great to work with. They provided a fast and thorough response to get our house put back together after a plumbing issue. Cost of the work was estimated correctly and timing concerns with trades people was done with clarity and respect to both myself and the team involved. The work was done right the first time and with quality. All work was inspected by Trademark Building Solutions at completion and their follow up was outstanding with any concerns I had. I would recommend them for contracted services for home repair and would ask for their help in the future.

We had just lost everything inside of our house due to a fire and we were very lost and confused. We met with three contractors before a friend recommended Derrick at Trademark. At our first ?meeting? we immediately knew this was the team we wanted on our side. Not only did they do excellent work, but their patience (and guidance) through this entire process was second to none. Derrick gave excellent advice and was very understanding as I constantly changed my mind! Andrea in the office held my hand and helped with the mounds of paperwork from our mortgage company and insurance company. We just cannot thank them enough for all they did for us!
