Jordan was very nice, knowledge and offered to come back later when/if I get a second TV. I'm still learning my way this new way of viewing TV but he was extremely helpful giving me a jump start. I've already recommended them to several people thinking of cutting the cable cord. It was a big step but liberating to done with cable!!
