They sub out the cleaning. Told me I?d have 2 to 3 cleaners, only 1 showed up. The one who showed up did a good job for cleaning by herself. She told me there was never another cleaner coming to help clean, only ever her. Even tho Top Notch told me the other person ?called out sick.? Which was a lie. I booked with Top Notch, told them the details of what I needed cleaned and had it confirmed via text message. The day of the clean, they told I had booked something different, even tho I had proof in text. Then charged me $50 more. They?re kinda a hot mess. I wouldn?t use again. Only gave 3.5 stars bc the actual cleaning was decent.

Top Notch cleaning did a fantastic job. I needed a last minute cleaning. They scheduled me immediately within a day of my request. They showed up on time and well prepared. She asked questions and wanted to know exactly how I like my house finished, and followed my directions. She even took pictures so she could create the exact look that I want when my house is cleaned. She did a thorough job, making sure she cleaned everywhere. I am ecstatic at the results. I would highly recommend Top Notch Cleaners to clean my property again.

This is my first cleaning company I have employed for maid services and I was impressed! I will be having them clean weekly! Having extra help around the house really pays off!

Top Notch exceeded my expectations! They were great they worked with me on the price and communicated everything very well. I will be using them as my main cleaner for my other airbnb houses!

Top Notch were true to their name. I needed a house cleaning ASAP to get ready for renters. I called them up and they were able to come out the very next morning. They kept me updated the entire time, were very accommodating, and fair. House looks new again. 10/10 will use them again in the future.
