Tom was very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to come to our house the day after we called. Searched the whole home for termites. He figured out we actually had flying ants and was helpful in finding us an affordable at-hom solution.. didn't rip us off and was incredibly thorough! 10/10 would recommend.

Tom responded very quickly to my request. Came out that morning. Very thorough in his inspection. Most of all he was very professional, patient and polite with this woman as I followed behind him asking tons of questions. My experience with the big companies is with condescending reps who want me to have my spouse present before they do anything and signing a contract for monthly service. I own the house and am a retired engineer. He even responded to texts of more damage I found after he left. Tom explained the process, gave me a fair price and ended up doing the work within the week. He was un obtrusive and cleaned up when done. He gave me info on chemicals used which i was able to research. Since it will take a few months to see if problem is resolved, I can't comment on effectiveness of procedure. VERY happy I used him.
