On 6/13/2020 Cooper from Elite Insulation did blown-in insulation in attic and walls. He drilled the holes for wall insulation and when they were done they were supposed to plug the holes. He did not have the correct plugs and said he needs to order them. It is now 36 days and counting the holes are still not plugged. I finally got tired of waiting made one call this weekend picked up plugs and completed plugging the holes in less than THREE days. There was very little communication and if we did communicate it was in the form of text. What irritates me the most is he would not pick up the phone and tell me what the issue was I had to hound it out of him. Also, the bill was $3000. and I paid him in full-on 6/13/2020 thinking it would be no problem getting the plugs to fill the holes with. He said there were issues with fed ex delivering to his address I told him he could send them to mine. He said he asked them to be delivered the quickest way, that was 14 days ago still waiting on those, I did not have a problem getting them from Grainger industrial in less than THREE days. Not the kind of business I would work with in the future.

Cooper and his assistant were very professional and efficient. I will highly recommend them.
